Release of Review Agent for ICME

We are excited to announce the release of the Review Agent for the
IEEE International Conference on Multimedia and Expo (ICME).

The Review Agent is designed to support authors, reviewers, and chairs during the ICME review cycle.
It builds on the review template of ICME 2025 regular paper track and provides a more streamlined, transparent, and efficient review experience.

ICME 2026 will take place 5–9 July 2026 at the Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park Hotel in Bangkok, Thailand.

Regular paper submissions (including Special Sessions and Industry papers): 12 December 2025
Author rebuttal period: 22–26 February 2026
Regular paper acceptance notification: 13 March 2026
Camera-ready submission: 5 April 2026
Workshop paper submission: 25 March 2026
Workshop paper notification: 25 April 2026
Workshop paper camera-ready: 15 May 2026

What’s New / Highlights of ICME 2026

• Conference theme: “Beyond Perception: Intelligent Media in the Age of Autonomous Agents,” emphasizing intelligent multimedia systems, autonomous technologies, and real-world applications.
• Broad and updated topics of interest spanning 3D multimedia, AR/VR, AI/ML-based multimedia, image/video/audio processing, multimedia systems, communication and networking, security and forensics, and human–media interaction.
• Strong integration of research and practice through industry technology workshops, grand challenges, demos, and panels, fostering collaboration between academia and industry.
• Continued cross-society sponsorship by IEEE CAS, ComSoc, CS, and SPS, reinforcing ICME’s role as a flagship, interdisciplinary multimedia venue.
